本文回顾了高校后勤社会化改革的历程，针对目前高校后勤社会化改革过程中存在的问题，在研究了国外高校后勤运行模式的成功经验基础上，提出对现行的观念进行更新，应该视高校后勤企业为单纯经济实体，除此之外再无其它属性以及补贴由“暗补”方式向“明补”方式的转换。
